Noisy - defective manhole cover

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9317583.

A noisy defenctive manhole cover needs fixed - secured as its hapoening - making a noise everytime traffic goes over it all day and through the night. Nothing has been done about it for months which is unacceptable.
