20-30cm hole in the tarmac on the roadside edge of a utility cover outside on the right hand side of Champs Close near the road sign

The roadside edge of the pavement tarmac along the side of the utility covers is subsiding and breaking up forming a hole and is becoming a trip hazard. They are located on the right hand side of the road as you go into Champs Close near the road sign.
