Dangerous crossings

Reported via mobile in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 08:00, Sunday 19 April 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9316762.

We live in Canonstown with three children. There is no safe crossing point in the settlement, the closest being the light controlled crossing near St Erth Station. The two islands before the speed limit changes from 40 mph to 60mph have poor visibility for both drivers and pedestrians, and people regularly speed coming into and leaving the settlement, especially motorcyclists.
