Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9316360.

No street lights ( more than 4 ) are working in Midwinter Avenue once again !! This is actually classed as an emergency on your reporting page so hopefully will be fixed ASAP as having to walk with NO street lights is not safe
