Traffic lights out of sync

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9314131.

The traffic lights seem to be out of sync. Causing exits to be blocked and very heavy traffic on entry. Didn't used to be an issue so either a change mistake or they have an error.
