Potholes covering the road on the small section just at the beginning of Star Lane - High Street side

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9313736.

These potholes have been here for three months and counting. It's very annoying and dangerous having to drive into them to avoid colliding with oncoming traffic. This appears to be a yearly concern. When will it be permanently fixed?
