Many elderly live here and wont be able to access vehicles at the top of the street due to the path being blocked by this tractor trailor, many of them use aids/wheelchairs that arent suitable for grass.. this trailer has been causing a nuisance for weeks now, blocking us in so we cant get our cars out ect. Now its forcing us to walk on people's grass too walk around it. It also has no registration plate.
