Gulley drains in Woodcote are all blocked

This was last reported in April 2025 and again in January 2025 and nothing has be cleared despite promises to clear in Q4 2025 and again 'in due course'. You've closed both reports without actually carrying out any work. Why are the roads being so badly neglected in Woodcote and why is maintenance not taking place. Fixing the potholes that litter Woodcote is pointless if you cant also maintain the drainage network properly.

To summarise: 95% of all gulley drains are blocked in Woodcote leading to flooding, deteriorating roads etc. I've counted in excess of 75 blocked drains along Greenmore, Bridle Path, Goring Road and Whitehouse road. This is going to take a lot of time and effort to rectify as they have been neglected for so long.
