Leaking standpipe Ring Common allotkents

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9311651.

The standpipe at the bottom of the allotment slope adjacent to plots 27b and 28b is leaking continuously. There is water running from the stand pipe along the path behind Marlborough Buildings. It's wasting water and causing boggy conditions.
