Whole surface of road in bad state

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9307094.

Due to the constant water trickling down to this junction (down from Paynes Lane) the whole area of the road is cracking and getting potholes. It is in a bad state of repair. This area has been reported a few months ago, and nothing has been done
