Constant puddles of water

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9307082.

There are constant puddles of water in the entrance to this lane, even when it has not been raining. It seems thete is a leak underground which is rising to the surface. Thus water trails down the road, and has caused significant damage to the road surface of Witt Road junction further down. There are potholes and cracks across the whole of that junction.
