Uneven surfacing and potholes on pavement and road, next to drain

As you enter Andrews Close from the Left, from Heatherstone Avenue, the road surface is uneven and with teip hazards both on the road and pavement. The resurfacing nearer the drainage is in a poor state an the whole section is very uneven and badly maintained. It needs smoothing over and made level.
