Public bin next to bus stop outside of the co-op on Ingleside Road has not been emptied meaning waste is overflowing and people are putting bags of dog mess all around it

    Now, a bag of waste has also been dumped next to the bin. The bin not being emptied frequently enough is encouraging fly tipping
