Sean the OCC Customer Services Officer asked us in an email this morning to progress our request via the Fix My Street website.

The photographs show the location of our brick garage at the back of your wide highway verge (about 5m). We wish to plant an espalier fruit tree which will be trained against the garage elevation.

Could you let me know by email of this would be acceptable to OCC?
