Urgent: Dangerous botched lane closure

SSEN has closed a lane just exiting the Taylors Farm roundabout northbound on the A33. The positioning is dangerous, with no signage. HGVs veering into oncoming traffic at the last moment to avoid! Plus, the cones are "migrating," making the problem even worse.
