Substandard pothole repair by contractor

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9303965.

One of the recently reported potholes has been inadequately filled below the tarmac level and is substandard which is a contractual failure. The pothole needs to be refilled according to the required specification. The contractor should not be able to claim payment until the substandard work is rectified.
