An illegal estate agents sign has been place on the public highway causing an obstruction to right of way and affects visibility. This is illegal under Sections 132.137 and 143 of the highways Act 1980 . I expect you to take enforcement action against Jackson Grundy as they do this all over the area and appear to get away with it unless it is never reported?
