Oil on pavement and road

Considerable oil spills are being left on the pavement and road in Haycroft. This is outside number 4. This is causing a considerable slip hazard for children and elderly residents especially when it rains. This is also an environmental issue as the chemicals must be going into the drainage system when it rains. Sand was placed over the area but was swept away to form a pile in the road. This is possibly being caused by a possible illegal business being carried out from a private dwelling
