Constant flooding

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9294035.

I have reported this flooding several times! The last communication from you was that the drainage would be cleaned in 28 days..... that was 3 months ago. Not acceptable and definitely incompetence from yourselves. The roads in this area are disgusting!!!!!!
