Destroyed Cycles in Road Sign A 4130 Lower Assendon

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category by Kevin Duthie at 11:54, Tuesday 14 April 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9290994.

This traffic sign was destroyed earlier this year. I thought that it was already on "Fix My Street", but it seems not. Needs to be completely replaced. It was installed after a cyclist was killed on the dual carriageway. CYCLISTS ARE URGED TO use the cycle / multipurpose path that runs parallel with the dual carriageway on the north side. (Which has been completely refurbished in the last couple of years).

Council ref: ENQ261096512
