Blocked drain causing large puddle outside houses

This drain has been blocked since we have lived here (May 2015), it is right on the entrance to 3 houses and means having to drive through a large puddle every time it rains as it is countersunk into the road as well as being blocked.

It also means when washing cars etc on driveways the water does not drain away properly.

Photo is from google street view as I don't have access to a camera at the time of reporting.
