Another large pothole

Another one at a junction! Yet again this is right in the wheel path of turning vehicles - particuarly those of the vulnerable two wheeled type. Why hasn't this been fixed? This poses a serious risk of a motorcycle falling in the path of very fast oncoming traffic.
