A neat stack of scrap items has been left in a large plastic box on one side of the wooden bus shelter, right next to the litter bin, plus there is a sack of general litter. It looks like the results of a deliberate community clean up. It might be scheduled for routine collection, in which case apologies for making an unnecessary report. But the stack of scrap items is quite significant and almost out of sight to passers-by.
