Pathway to Lightley close

I am writing to report an ongoing waste and fly-tipping issue that has been severely affecting my living conditions. A large accumulation of rubbish has been left in the area since last month, and it has not been cleared.

The situation has now become increasingly distressing. There is a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the waste, which is impacting my ability to comfortably live in and enjoy my home. In addition, during windy conditions, loose debris is being blown around, spreading the rubbish further and creating an unsanitary and potentially hazardous environment.

This issue has been ongoing for several weeks without any resolution, and it is now urgent that action is taken. The continued presence of this waste poses risks to health, hygiene, and overall quality of life.

I would appreciate immediate attention to have this cleared as soon as possible and to prevent further occurrences.
