Road markings at the junction of Green Road/ Toot Hill Butts are illegible. They should read NO ENTRY heading west and there should be broken junction line heading east. Both setsof road markings are badly worn and illegible. Also the NO ENTRY post sign traveling east to west is so faded as to be illegible and the lighting above is insufficient.

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 928024.
The result of this inadequate signage is that vehicles are constantly travelling east to west driving against the flow of traffic and joining Green Road Roundabout against the flow of traffic north to south and east to west. A near miss at least twice a week is being observed by the reporter. This issue has been ongoing for at least two years and has been reported to the City Councillors on a number of occasions. Wrong agency but one has to start somewhere.

I have previously encountered drivers ignoring these markings even when they were newer especially when queues on the bypass were longer.
