This scaffolding lorry has been parked up in this spot for at least 6 weeks . It is taxed and moted. It is legally parked as we have no parking restrictions in Fairacres Road .The problem is this vehicle was also parked further down Fairacres Road for many weeks .The owner does not live in Fairacres Road . It has become an obstruction and eyesore to the residents .the diesel or oil leak is forming a patch on the road it is an environmental issue . I have the registration number but can’t publish it according to your rules .is they’re anything Oxfordshire County Council can do to resolve this issue?
