Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 927978.

I have had for more than a wk noise with neighbour. Banging up and down the stairs till as late as 10 ' clock, for last couple of days music has been so loud I can hear it over my own music and tv of a evening.
