Behind the “Read House “ flats on Anerley Road. One of the very large heavy trees is collapsing. It has fallen onto another tree that is propping it up currently but it’s going to pull them both down soon. I can hear them squeaking and cracking in the wind and swaying dangerously. A tree in that row fell a few years ago and caused so much damage to the fences and gardens and homes on Ridsdale Road. We were told the trees were protected. No one maintains them and if the fall they will fall onto my property causing mass damage. Not to mention kids play in the gardens on both sides so I fear danger of life. I see one of the trees has collapsed onto the other and the are both leaning heavily. I live at 31 Ridsdale Road, Anerley, London, SE208AE but it’s on the property of Read Home flats and I believe those trees are hundred of years old and owned by Bromley council.
