The black vehicle and white vehicle have blocked my car in
Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9277539.
The black vehicle and white vehicle have both parked very close to my car obstructing me from been able to get my vehicle free from the parking, I have 2 disabled children aswell. The black vehicle belongs to 90 Wingfield and the white belongs to 94 Wingfield I have asked them to move them and they still haven't. It happens on a regular basis
