Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9277045.

Last year someone put posts next to our dropped kerb drive without any forewarning. The posts are quite close to the kerb and when trying to get onto our drive we have damaged our cars several times

Updates

Bollards have been installed to protect the grass from being mounted by cars and causing damage, we would not inform the public beforehand as this is council owned land and not private
