At the end of Denbigh Road, unstable wall, with plastic barriers, either side off, which keep falling/blowing over on aweekly basis, obstructing alleyway path, used by school Children/Oap's etc, these plastic barriers have been up about year, if this wall needs plastic barriers for safety, when is it going to be repaired, or isn't it.
