Drain sunk again
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9273895.
Drain sunk again near double yellow lines, causing traffic to pass on the opposite side of the road to miss it. Been fixed previously with another one 50 meters up the road towards Bicester north station. Failing again.

I have lived on this road for the last 30 years and have yet to see this fixed properly.This is very dangerous to motorists and cyclists as you have to enter oncoming traffic lane to bypass it when in a car and it’s extremely noisy when heavy traffic hits at speed and continuously throughout the day and night. It was previously repaired March 2025 only after a local councillor came round and marked it up for attention but never lasted more than a couple of weeks. This is not the first time I have complained and I have had someone from the highways out. It is an entry drain that has sunk and road surface deteriorated. I have emailed and called to no avail.
