B480 Lower Assendon, at the junction with Fawley Bottom Lane: High risk for network users due to multiple potholes, failed carriageway edges and surface break-up. Condition of the carriageway forces vehicles to drive in the centre of the road to avoid damage. Two cars cannot pass safely.
