Very little lighting

Nearly all of the lights in the car park are not working. At night it is difficult to see where you are walking (there are lots of kerbs to manoeuvre and uneven block paving). The parking bays are poorly painted so it is difficult to park correctly in some of the bays. It is also unsafe for lone parkers as you cannot easily see if anyone is around. Buckingham is a nice town but there are problems in every town and city. I know this was reported last September but nothing has been done. I used the car park at night last week and most of the lighting was out.
