Inconsiderate and illegal parking

Vehicles in photograph belong to occupants of 11 Windsor Castle Drive. They have lived at the address for approximately 1 year. During this time, these vehicles have been parked permanently obstructing the pavement alongside the address an dangerously close to the junction of Neath Abbey Grove. There are many young families in this area who walk with pushchairs that have to walk into the road in order to get around the vehicles. The view at the junction is completely obstructed by the large van and poses a significant risk danger to other road users and pedestrians. There is sufficient and legal parking in the area and this is unacceptable.
