Road sign on central reservation on a slope

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9268975.

There is a road sign, maybe a speed limit sign that is on the central reservation, this slopes towards the road, and resident had clipped it with his wing mirror while overtaking a bus, the situation of the sign (held down by sandbags) needs addressing , cannot be sure of exact location, but going outbound, where 2 lanes, and works in area completed. please look into this asap
