Street entrance /exit blocking

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report an ongoing issue regarding access to our street. I'm living in Ivy Street and

A new resident,who's living 65 East Park Parade has recently started parking their vehicle in a way that blocks the only entrance/exit to our street. This street is the Back Ecclesburn Grove and there is my driveway too. The car reg is FE18ABV, silver Seat Leon. This does not happen constantly, but it occurs frequently enough to cause serious disruption. On multiple occasions, I have been unable to leave for work in the morning due to the obstruction.

I have already reported this issue twice, however no action appears to have been taken so far.

This is the only access point to our property, and the situation raises serious concerns. In the event of an emergency, such as if an ambulance or fire service needed access, they may be unable to reach us.

I kindly ask that this matter be investigated as soon as possible and appropriate action taken to prevent further occurrences.
