Rosendale Road SE21 on public footpath between the north end of Lairdale Estate and footpath streetlight column ID number 77 you have recently installed dual car charging points. At the back of footpath are two cabinets – one black (telecom) and green cabinet which I assume relates to car charges as new ie Lambeth property. Remove graffiti please.
