Van parked outside off the parking bay obstructing exit to Dulwich House

Parking has been an issue for at least 6 months. A van parked this way doesn’t allow viability to exit Dulwich House car park . Cannot see on coming traffic without pulling across the road which in itself is dangerous .

    The van has moved but now replaced with a car parked in the same spot , the car has not moved for just over 2 weeks .
