The van parks on the path so pedestrians find it hard to pass. Plus there's a bus stop next to it and because it is half on the path and half on the road, it means I have to stand in the middle of the road (at night) for the bus to be able to see me and it's a fast speed limit road. And it's a dark road as well so pedestrians in the road are probably hard for the drivers to see.
