Bollard missing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9265007.

The bollard on one side of the bridge is missing and has been removed and thrown in the stream. This is in place to prevent vehicles from fording the river and need to be replaced for safety.
