Van horn noise

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9262816.

A sandwich van Monday to Friday blasts its horn numerous times between the times 9am and 10am to warn the office/building it is there on an industrial estate...very loud and a nuisance when sleeping from night shifts.
