This car has been parked up for more than 4 months now and hasn’t moved. It has a flat tyre and is generally in poor condition. I’m not sure who owns the car but it takes up valuable parking space in an area where parking is difficult at the best of times. I believe the car may have been abandoned as it looks as undriveable in its current state.
