The rubbish dumped IS COUNCIL PROPERTY ! Up until a few weeks ago the rubbish was collected by your employees whenever there was rubbish left in this space OUTSIDE THE BLOCK OF FLATS ON OR NEAR THE PATHWAYS WHICH BROMLEY COUNCIL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. Some has now been collected but a couple of tge black sacks have been left behind and there is now a large double mattress there as well !! If this not dealt with I WILL be informing local councillor as rats will be moving in before long
