Overgrown hedges and rubbish on path

Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category by Christine Furneaux at 17:50, Sat 12 November 2016

Sent to Norfolk County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 926124.

I reported this in August. The hedge from about halfway along is very overgrown on the left and needs cutting back. Also, the garden rubbish that has been dumped at the end (just before the path turns left towards Holt Country Park) is spilling all over the path and is a trip hazard - especially in the dark. The path should be much wider, but much of it is covered with weeds and rubbish.
