Car parked on pavement in Fairfiled Road, Widnes

This car was totally blocking the pavement restricting our passage with a child in a pram. We had to walk in the road to get past it. The area was busy with it being a warm sunny day in the school Easetr holidays and the adjacent park was busy. There were lots of cars part parked on the pavement but this was the only one we came across totally blocking it. There were other people including children walking in the area who would have had to walk in the road like us. There was a bollard by the access to the crossing point in the centre of the road. This photo was taken at 14.09 today. The person who 'parked' the car there needs to be spoken to and if appropriate prosecuted.
