Neighbour driving through all front gardens to park car

The recently moved in next door neighbour at 1555 has been parking their in the front garden by driving through multiple other front gardens ever since they moved in to park there. There is no road leading to the garden in front of their house and they are driving through other gardens to reach it, they have been parking there constantly and destroying the other gardens despite their being multiple available parking spaces further down the road. These gardens are in use by local kids almost daily and they are driving through it, they even sometimes park directly on the garden in front of our house.
