Communal flat bins overflowing onto street. I appreciate it has been a bank holiday but this level of household rubbish on the street is completely unacceptable. Today has been the hottest day of the year and this is an ongoing health hazard. These bins must be emptied as soon as possible and at least every other day going forwards. I have to report this missed collection at least once a week. Please improve the street cleansing services in this area. Many thanks
