Roadworks, no works ongoing, significant disruption

Roadworks ongoing with no work being carried out. Notice says these should have ended on 7th April. Have passed this section of the road at various times in the last few days and the disruption to traffic given the position next to 3 junctions and a cross road traffic lights is significant. The roadworks remain in place today and there is still nothing being done at the site (just a hole, no workers present except for a car)
