The resident at 45 Gaitskell house, SE17 2TR has on several occasions cleaned up his garden and dumped all the graden waste in the middle area outside of his property barrier. In addition to this he has no fence allowing him to do this whenever he pleases. The amount of waste is now at least 2 meters high and may be a fire risk
